is my pleasure to welcome you to the Western New York study group of the Ancient
Order of Druids in America. 'Daileasmór' is a gaelic place name that generally means "field by the great waterfall." We are located in
Wheatfield, NY, in close proximity to both Niagara Falls and Buffalo. I hope we
can help you find the information you are seeking, and offer you a safe and
enjoyable place to learn, study, and grow on your spiritual path.
The Ancient Order of Druids in America is a druid church of nature
spirituality that was founded in 1912 as the American branch of the Ancient and
Archaeological Order of Druids. The AODA envisions Druidry as a path of nature
spirituality and inner transformation founded on personal experience rather than
dogmatic belief. It welcomes men and women age 18 or over, of all national
origins, cultural and linguistic backgrounds, and affiliations with other
Druidic and spiritual traditions.
What we offer
Daileasmór study group offers many opportunities for those who are actively on the path of druidry, spiritual seekers, students, neo-pagans of any persuasion, or anyone who has an interest in nature spirituality. Benefits include:
- Initiation, participation, and training in a traditional Druid Revival church, combined with the opportunity to develop a personal approach to Druidry with people of like mind.
- Celebration of the eight pagan festivals/holy days during the year.
- The use of an extensive library and study materials.
- Classes and individual instruction in meditation, psychic self defense, divination, healing and energy work including reiki and Tibetan methods, as well as other subjects offered throughout the year.
- The services of clergy, such as legal officiating at weddings, baby blessings, house or business blessings, funerals, pagan last rites, and a myriad of other requests. Our goal is to serve the pagan community to the best of our abilities.
